No s\u00f3lo debe solucionar problemas, sino que debe generar experiencias agradables con los usuarios"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un caf\u00e9 en Starbucks, una visita a las tiendas de Apple, un d\u00eda en Magic Kingdom en Orlando son experiencias que marcan a sus visitantes provocando un v\u00ednculo entre ellos y la marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen dos \u00e1reas en el desarrollo de software conocidas como la usabilidad y la experiencia de usuario (UX por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s). Gracias a ellas, podemos llegar a provocar en nuestros usuarios el mismo efecto que Starbucks, Apple y Disney provocan en sus clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La <strong>usabilidad<\/strong> se basa en la interacci\u00f3n del usuario con el producto o sistema, y puede ser medida precisamente solo al evaluar el desempe\u00f1o, la satisfacci\u00f3n y aceptaci\u00f3n del usuario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Por otro lado, existen muchas definiciones de la experiencia de usuario, algunas de ellas hasta resultan ser contradictorias entre s\u00ed, para efectos de este blog vamos a tomar como referencia la definici\u00f3n del Nielsen Norman Group (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nngroup.com\/articles\/definition-user-experience\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.nngroup.com\/articles\/definition-user-experience\/<\/a>): La <strong>experiencia del usuario<\/strong> abarca todos los aspectos de la interacci\u00f3n del usuario final con la empresa, sus servicios y sus productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Al combinar una alta usabilidad y una excelente experiencia de usuario se genera un producto diferenciador de mercado. Pero los beneficios de involucrar estos elementos no est\u00e1n solo en diferenciarse, El retorno de la inversi\u00f3n de UX incluye una mayor retenci\u00f3n de clientes, m\u00e1s recomendaciones de clientes, crecimiento de clientes habituales y mayor credibilidad.
