Son pocas las veces en que verdaderamente se puede afirmar esto, ya que usualmente la raz\u00f3n de porque no deciden adoptar estos cambios es por falta de presupuesto, tiempo, disposici\u00f3n o conocimiento de soluciones que pueden aplicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy traemos pasemos sencillos que pueden ser el inicio de una adaptaci\u00f3n a la era digital y tecnol\u00f3gica en la que vivimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-have-a-digital-presence\"><strong>Tener presencia digital<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda de hoy los usuarios deciden la compra o la selecci\u00f3n de un servicio sin que siquiera entrar en contacto directo con quien lo ofrece. Es por esto que debemos hacer la tarea y preocuparnos por estar al alcance de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrarse en Google Business, Waze, Google Maps, Trip Advisor y cualquier otra plataforma digital gratuita que nos permita generar presencia digital nunca estar\u00e1 de m\u00e1s. Esto nos permitir\u00e1 tener visibilidad y poder ser encontrados cuando los clientes buscan informaci\u00f3n relacionada a nuestro tipo de actividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicional a esto, abrir cuentas en redes sociales es tambi\u00e9n una excelente forma de poder ponerlos al alcance de nuestros clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, adquirir un dominio propio en internet, desarrollar un sitio web y crear un correo electr\u00f3nico corporativo mejorar\u00e1 nuestra imagen y presencia en el mundo digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo lo descrito anteriormente lo puede alcanzar sin invertir dinero, a excepci\u00f3n del dominio (~$12 al a\u00f1o) y un servicio de correo electr\u00f3nico corporativo (~$5 por cuenta por mes en Office 365 o Google).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-identify-funnels-and-repetitive-tasks\"><strong>Identificar embudos y tareas repetitivas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos tenido la oportunidad de asistir a nuestros clientes con el desarrollo de herramientas de trabajo que automatizan las tareas repetitivas y digitalizan los embudos en los procesos de negocio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejemplos de embudos son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formularios de papel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formularios en Excel, Word, PDF que se distribuyen 1 a 1 y no son almacenados adecuadamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flujos de aprobaci\u00f3n (cr\u00e9ditos, materiales de construcci\u00f3n, revisi\u00f3n documental).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bit\u00e1coras (de seguridad, de ejecuci\u00f3n de trabajo, auditor\u00eda).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejemplos de procesos automatizables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preguntas frecuentes de servicio al cliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n de reportes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n de planillas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generaci\u00f3n de leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actualizaci\u00f3n de estado de pedidos, ordenes de servicio, quejas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son solo algunos de los puntos donde usted podr\u00eda digitalizar a organizaci\u00f3n y eficientizar el manejo de las tareas dentro de ella.
